CYD trains every Saturday from 8:30–10:00 AM at Fiesta Island, Mission Bay. Visitors are welcome to join a trial practice—no experience needed. Please bring water and sunscreen. Submit the contact form to RSVP, and we’ll share the meeting point and waiver details.
